We believe that less is better, so we only present candidates that have completed our detailed, multi-step interview process, and thus we save our clients valuable time by not having to consider numerous candidates for the roles they entrust us to work on. At the same time, our direct approach keeps our candidates from wasting their time in pursuing positions that are not an appropriate match.
